VR is a Collective of Artists who perform and create a diverse multiplicity of genres including Hip-Hop, Gospel, Reggae, Spoken word, Neo-Soul, and others. VR exists to glorify God with high-quality art that transcends time, religion, and region. Verbal Renaissance as a label also aims to bring words and lyrics back to the forefront of music. Signs of Life EP
Aasha Marie debuts her brand new EP “Signs of Life.” Working closely with her team of producers Terrance “Slim” Holmes and Runtrell “Tricky” Skinner, the project embodies the contemporary gospel sound with an added Chicago flair. Not your average Sunday morning songs, the “Signs of Life” EP features a diverse blend of jazz, funk, soul, R&B, and hip hop. All songs were written, arranged and executive produced by Aasha Marie.
